Crab and Avocado Sandwich

1 sheet of foccacia bread, carefully sliced top from bottom, like cutting a deck of cards
1 (or 2 if they're on sale!) 5 oz. tin of Dungeness crab meat, or better yet, fresh when in season
1 large, ripe avocado
1/8 cup chopped red onion
1 large tomato
1/2 cup grated mozarella
1/3 cup cashews, crushed
A small bunch of cilantro, chopped up

Mix it all together. Spread on to the bread and divide into sandwiches. Wrap in foil and warm in the oven if you like. Serve with chowder.


Wine Suggestion:

A Gewurztraminer would be tasty!
