
Sparkling Wine Punch
2 cups sugar
2 cups water
1 1/4 cups lemon juice
2 cups apricot nectar
1 6 ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate
3 cups unsweetened apple juice
2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
2 qts ginger ale, chilled
2 (750 ml) bottles sparkling wine, chilled
Make a sugar syrup by boiling the sugar and water for 1 minute. Cool. Add all
juices. Chill.
Place a large block of ice into a punch bowl. Pour chilled juice mixture over ice.
Just before serving, add the ginger ale and sparkling wine.
