Shrimp Pate'

3 Tbsp butter
1/2 lb shrimp
1/4 lb mushrooms
3 green onions, sliced thinly
2-3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp dill
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/3 C Chardonnay (or any dry white wine)
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese (not the tub variety)

Saute mushrooms, onions and garlic in butter for 2-3 minutes. Push to the side and saute the shrimp until cooked. Add the lemon juice, rosemary, dill and mustard; mix together.

Add the wine and cook until reduced by half.

Put the mixture into a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Add the cream cheese and process until smooth.

Refridgerate until firm.
