Rum Point Inn Rum Punch









Punch Base:

1 mango
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1 cup fresh pineapple juice
1/2 cup fresh grapefruit juice

Cut mango flesh away from peel and seed. Place in a blender along with lime juice, pineapple and grapefruit juice. Whir until well mixed. Store in the refridgerator.

For each drink:

1/3 cup punch base
2 pounces white rum
2 ounces coconut rum
ice cubes
1 tsp grenadine

Mix all ingredients in blender with several ice cubes. Pour into a tall glass and add grenadine. Serve immediately.
