Pumpkin Cake
Use any box of yellow cake mix or a scratch cake recipe
Add eggs as directed
Eliminate cooking oil
Reduce water to 1/2 cup
Add 2 cups of canned pumpkin, and a teaspoonful or so of allspice
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Cake is done when toothpick
inserted into the center comes out clean.
Frost with cream cheese frosting or sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
