Pisco Sour




2 ounces Pisco Brandy
1 ounce lime juice
1/4 ounce simple syrup
1/2 paturized egg white
1 dash Angostura Bitters

Shake Pisco, lime juice, syrup and egg white with ice in a shaker. Strain into a champagne flute and garnish with a float of bitters.
