Persimmon Ginger Ambrosia


1/2 cup persimmon pulp
4 ounces pear nectar
1 ounce orange juice
1 ounce fresh lime juice
2 tsps freshly grated ginger
6 ice cubes

In a blender, combine all incredients except the ice and blend thoroughly.

Fill and 8 ounce glass with the ice and pour the blended mixture over the ice. Garnish with a slice of pear or lime.

You can also add rum to the mixture.
