Passion Cocktail


2 Tbsp Passion fruit liqueur
1 1/2 cups cracked ice
5 ounces Bombay Sapphire gin
2 lemon twists

Chill two cocktail glasses.

Pour 1 Tbsp of passion fruit liqueur into each chilled glass, swirl around to coat the inside of the glass.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add gin. Shake vigorously to chill.

Strain the gin equally between the two glasses. Garnish with lemon twist.

Your can also make this by pouring 1/2 ounce of passion fruit liqueur and gin into a champagne fluit and topping with sparking wine.
