1 - 6.7 ounce bottle pomegranate juice
1 sugar cube
1/2 ounce white Lillet, chilled
sparkling wine (Brut)

In a small saucepan, reduce the juice by half. Set aside to cool.
Saturate the sugar cube with juice reduction and drop into a
champagne flute. Add Lillet and top with sparkling wine.
