Place one cup of greens on each plate, top with 1/4 of the remaining ingredients, finishing with the avocado in a fan shape.
Dress with sesame vinaigrette.
2 tablespoons plus 4 teaspoons sesame oil
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons minced shallots
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons black sesame seeds
Whisk all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
