Coconut Frosting
3 oz cream cheese at room temp
3 TB butter at room temp
1/3 cup powedered sugar
3 TB well-stirred cream of coconut
1 tsp dark rum
beat the cream cheese and butter together until smooth, add the other ingredients. Spread on cake (this will only frost the top of cake.)
