Chocolate Citrus Glaze



2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp orange flavored liquer
1/2 tsp orange extract
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar (sifted)

Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. With a whisk, stir in the cocoa and water until the mixture thickens slightly.

Remove pan from heat and add liquer, orange extract and the sugar.

Whisk until smooth. If glaze is too thin, add more sugar. Pour over cake or dip donuts immediately.
