Chocolate Cheesecake Squares
Melt:
2 tbsp butter
1/3 cup cream cheese
1 square unsweetened chocolate
Cool and then add:
1/3 cup ricotta
10 pkgs or 1 1/2 tsp sweetner
1 tsp vanilla
Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet and freeze for an hour or until hard . Then put in airtight containers and refrigerate (or freeze).
