Champagne Cosmo



1 1/2 cups crushed ice
3 ounces cranberry juice
1 ounce pear liqueur
1 ounce Cointreau
4-6 ounces chilled sparkling wine


Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all ingredients. Shake vigorously to blend and chill.

Divide the mixture between two champagne flutes. Slowly add chilled sparking wine to the flutes.

Garnish by dropping two cranberries into each glass and serve.
