Almond Roca Cookies



1 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
10 ounce milk chocolate bar
1 cup chopped almonds

Cream the butter and sugars together. Add the egg and vanilla, mix well.

Add the flour and mix until well blended.

Spread batter thinly on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-20 minutes.

Melt the chocolate and spread on the cookie; top with the chopped nuts. CUt into bars while warm.
