This event was planned by the local chapter of the Wine & Food Society.
It was held at the now defunct Atwaters Restaurant on the 30th floor of the US Bank Tower.
The event began with appetizers and two wines - the 1999 Erath Pinot Gris and the 1999 Cooper Mountain Pinot Gris.
We then moved into the banquet room for dinner. The local chapter had brought ten Oregon Pinot Noirs to be served with dinner. We blind tasted the wines and ranked them by our personal preference. The wines were revealed at the end of dinner.
