The glass holds 5/8 of an ounce of wine in its stem. To experience this glass, fill the stem with wine, gently set the glass on its side and rotate 360 degrees. This action allows the wine to coat the bowl in a very thin layer which maximizes the evaporation surface which in turn will give the taster the maximum effects of the wine.

Now, raise the glass to your nose and sniff. You will be enjoying the fruit components of the wine. Wait approximately 20 seconds and sniff again (without rotating the glass.) This time, you will smell the floral components of the wine. Wait another 20 seconds and sniff one more time. Now the mineral and/or oak qualities will come through.
