Roasted Peppers



Green, red and/or Yellow Peppers (as many as you would like)

Place peppers, stem side down, on a baking sheet lined with a Silpat or foil.

Bake for 35 minuets. Turn off oven and allow peppers to rest for 10 minutes. Remove from coven and cool.

Once peppers have cooled, core and remove seeds. Slice to the size you want and store in the refridgerator in an airtight container.
